Parish Council meetings are held in the Sports Pavilion, Rectory Close Drayton Bassett B78 3UH and start at 7.30pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend and meetings always begin with 'Items Arising from Members of the Public'.
Meetings take place on the third Tuesday each month except in August and December when there is not a meeting.
Minutes are in draft format until approved at the next Council meeting.
Items for inclusion on the agenda of a meeting should be advised to the Parish Clerk at least one week in advance.
